I have an idea for a business centred around recreation and i want to appeal for investors, but my worry is how much information to give in order to get people interested. And how do you self-guard your idea so somebody doesn't turn around and steal it.|||1) You Patent the invention
2) WHEN (as opposed to IF) they steal it, you must sue

Read about Dyson and the 拢 millions and years of time he spent fighting the criminal rip-off merchants who stole his ideas (Amway was the worse ..)|||If your business idea can be easily stolen. Then it might not work for long in business. Because once you start your business, then several competitors might quickly copy your idea and lure your customers away.

One of the requirements for a good business idea is that it must be hard for potential competitors to copy.
