Hi I have a burned hard disk which probably I could fix it replacing the circuit board, so what information should I provide to get the same board to make it work again?

Thank you.|||Do NOT try this. Most burnt boards are caused by drive mechanism failures. Also a burnt board often passes full voltages to the disk mechanism and damages it. Unless you have the correct factory equipment to dismantle the drive totally, fit the whole set of disk platters into the new drive and correctly align the heads to them, you have no chance. And during this procedure if one of the heads actually touches the platter, you can again destroy the whole disk. This is why specialist companies with the equipment can charge $1000.00 US and up just to try a recovery.
