Just got laid off and was wondering what type of information unemployment agency will request from my former employer?

I just changed my citizenship status. When I fill out unemployment insurance application, do I say "permanent resident" status to match the file at my former employer?|||You state your current status. They won'r be checking your citizenship with the employer|||Generally what they want to know is: Start date, termination date, rate per term, average number of hours, total wages paid and reason for termination. If you were terminated for cause, you will not get to collect unemployment.
