I am wondering if personal information can be obtained from packets, like IP addresses, which websites I was using and what information I sent and received from those websites. Is all of that contained in packets? What other information can be gotten from packets?|||all data sent over the internet is made of packets.
So everything you do online, from browsing google to entering credit card info can potentially be obtained by someone logging packets.
